Bali Experience

Bali-Experience Guests:   VIP airport service is available!

To avoid having to wait in the immigration and customs queues at the airport, Bali-Experience can arrange a VIP airport collection.  Bali-Experience will collect the payment for this service and include it on your invoice.

Our airport representative will be waiting inside the airport arrival hall directly outside your gate to greet you when you arrive.  He will have a sign with your name on it.

Please note that you will also need to pay for your visa on arrival (if applicable).  For the Visa On Arrival, please prepare beforehand, US$25 per person (including babies!) with each passport and our representative will collect it along with your carry-on luggage at the gate so you may quickly proceed through immigration to the luggage claim where you can point out your luggage to our staff.  Once you have collected your luggage, you will then proceed directly to the Customs and exit counter without additional waiting time.

VIP Airport Service

Please ask your airline to give your luggage a “priority” to be unloaded first from the aircraft when you arrive in Bali, or check your bags in late so your luggage will be the first to exit the plane as you will be the first to arrive in the luggage claim area.
